Nutritional Counseling 

I work with clients to help them make adjustment in their nutritional and health habits in order to built sustainable change.   I believe in learning about a clients goals, motivation, and preferences to find the path to improve nutrition and wellbeing for each unique individual.  I see clients as experts in their own lives, and believe that their participation is necessary to build a sustainable lifestyle that meets their goals.

Nutritional coaching frequently includes working on improving food choices to less processed options, building a different relationship to food, hydration, recognizing hunger and satisfaction levels, sleep, and stress management.

Nutritional and health coaching includes an individualized plan to meet your goals and accountability check ins.  This can be done separate or in conjunction with Strength & Movement Training.
