Hi, I’m Chelsea Zsigmondovics and I work with clients who have a variety of injury histories, challenges, and goals. Through functional strength & movement training I help clients to improve awareness, movement quality, stability, and strength. With Nutritional Counseling I help clients build nutritional and lifestyle habits to make lasting changes.
I believe that in order to make progress, it is necessary to recognize the starting point. Then learn new patterns to build a solid foundation in movement and/or nutrition. I have found that a personalized approach works best for my clients, building a program that recognizes each individual's needs and preferences.
